Recipe: Sweet Potato Chips

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 large sweet potato, peeled and cut thinly ¼-1/8 inch slices
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. Stir potatoes together in olive oil  place onto the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Bake in preheated oven for 8 minutes, then turn the potato slices over, brush with any remaining oil  and cook about 7 minutes more.
