- 1 medium tomato, diced and drain off excess liquid
- 2 medium avocados, peel, seeded, mashed
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 small onion, minced
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- 1-4 oz. can chopped mild green chilies
- Cut up the tomato and take out the seeds from inside and throw it into the bowl .
- Chop up the onion and tomato
- Add everything else and process until it’s smooth.
- Combine everything and use a food processor to blend to consistency that you like.
