Recipe: Chocolate Avocado Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 large avocados – peeled, pitted, and cubed
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup coconut milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Blend avocados, cocoa powder, maple syrup, coconut milk, vanilla extract, and  in a blender until smooth.
  2. Refrigerate pudding until chilled, about 30 minutes.
