Green Grass Grove Live Plant Policy

At Green Grass Grove, we are dedicated to providing our Patrons with access to the highest quality live plants possible. We take great care in selecting, growing, and nurturing our plants to ensure they are healthy and thriving. We grow these plants for our farm and family needs, and we purposefully overplant to ensure that we have enough plants available. This often leads to an overabundance of rare and special plant varieties, which we make available to our Patrons. We believe that sharing our farm’s success with our Patrons is a win-win situation, and we’re thrilled to offer access to our nursery.

At Green Grass Grove, we believe in sustainable farming practices and take great care in selecting the right planting method for each crop, from germination through to the final adult plant size. We use a variety of natural methods and organic or natural compost and mushroom compost to ensure our plants receive the best possible nutrition. We do not use any synthetic chemicals or insecticides on our crops. Instead, we rely on natural insects and other organic approaches to manage pests and other plant problems. Each plant is cared for with love and attention as if it were our next of kin.

Our live plant inventory is ever-changing, and we strive to offer a wide variety of rare and useful plants that are not typically available in the market. We source our plants locally by starting them from seeds or making clones, using natural root and growth hormones to stimulate root growth, and placing them in high-quality composted soil, hydroponic system, and/or aquaponic system.

In the unlikely event that a live plant arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48-hours of receipt, and we will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly. If you are not satisfied with your live plant purchase for any reason, you may return it within 7 days for a full store credit or within 14 days for a partial store credit, minus any shipping or handling fees.
