3GPA Mycology Network – Mycologist Vendor Agreement

This agreement (โ€œAgreementโ€œ) sets forth the terms and conditions for participating as a Mycologist Vendor in the 3GPA Mycology Network (โ€œ๐Ÿ„ Networkโ€œ) facilitated by 3GPA, representing Green Grass Grove (โ€œGGGโ€œ) and Project Aurora Collective (โ€œPA” and/or “PACโ€œ). The purpose of this Agreement is to ensure transparency, promote collaboration, and establish a fair and mutually beneficial partnership. By entering into this Agreement, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

๐Ÿ„ NETWORK GENETICS CONTRIBUTION:

As a Mycologist Vendor, you have the opportunity to contribute your genetics to the ๐Ÿ„ Network. This involves providing genetic samples, accurate information, and relevant photos to facilitate the creation of mycology products on the ๐Ÿ„ Network’s website. There are three types of Mycologist Vendors within the ๐Ÿ„ Network: 3GPA Mycologist Vendors, ๐ŸŒ Remote Mycologist Vendors, and ๐Ÿ”ฎ Hybrid Mycologist Vendors.

Regardless of your Mycologist Vendor type, you retain ownership of your genetics. By contributing to the ๐Ÿ„ Network, you grant ๐Ÿ„ Network the right to store, expand, and offer your genetics to Patrons within the ๐Ÿ„ Network. This collaborative approach enables the ๐Ÿ„ Network to provide a diverse range of genetics and ensures the preservation and growth of valuable strains for the benefit of all Patrons.

3GPA Mycologist Vendors:

As a 3GPA Mycologist Vendor, you will benefit from the comprehensive support provided by 3GPA. They will assist in creating, maintaining, and promoting your genetics product pages as well as informational pages dedicated to your genetics. Collaborating closely with you, 3GPA will customize these pages to reflect your desired branding and incorporate promotional and marketing materials that mutually benefit all parties involved. Additionally, 3GPA Mycologist Vendors will occasionally be requested to submit new genetics to continue the ever-expanding the genetic library. This collaborative effort allows 3GPA and particularly Project Aurora to preserve and create new colonies, facilitating the expansion of the genetics available to Patrons within the ๐Ÿ„ Network.

๐ŸŒ Remote Mycologist Vendors:

๐ŸŒ Remote Mycologist Vendors, have a slightly different approach within the ๐Ÿ„ Network. While they maintain their own inventory, handle the shipping of their own genetics, and provide their own customary mycelium-related gifts and promotional materials for branding, they also have the freedom to submit products for review. However, it’s important to note that as a ๐ŸŒ Remote Mycologist Vendor, you will have fewer benefits compared to 3GPA Mycologist Vendors in terms of dedicated support and custom branding assistance. The responsibility of expanding your genetics line and accurately maintaining your inventory primarily falls upon you. Nevertheless, your contributions are valuable in enriching the genetic diversity offered to Patrons within the ๐Ÿ„ Network.

๐Ÿ”ฎ Hybrid Mycologist Vendors:

๐Ÿ”ฎ Hybrid Mycologist Vendors benefit from the best of both worlds. They can choose to keep their inventory on hand and manage it independently, while also utilizing the services of 3GPA for specific genetic lines or during periods when they are unavailable. With this arrangement, Mycologist Vendors have the flexibility to handle their genetics directly, while still leveraging 3GPA’s expertise in designing, creating, promoting, and managing product pages. Whether they need assistance with certain genetics or require temporary management during their absence, Mycologist Vendors can rely on the support of 3GPA to ensure a seamless experience for Patrons and maintain the growth of their genetic business within the ๐Ÿ„ Network.

๐Ÿ„ NETWORK PROFIT SHARING:

The profit-sharing percentages aim to provide fair compensation to all parties involved, but they can be subject to individual agreements and negotiations.

3GPA Mycologist Vendor Payout Info:

For each Patron sale generated through the ๐Ÿ„ Network, the profit will be allocated as follows for 3GPA Mycology Vendor:

  • Genetic Owner (You): (70% – 80%) of the profit
  • 3GPA Contribution (GGG and PA): 20% of the profit
  • Contribution from the ๐Ÿ„ Network: 10% of the profit

As a 3GPA Mycologist Vendor, you have the opportunity to receive between 70% and 80% of the profit generated from each sale. The lower number represents the base share allocated to you as the genetic owner, reflecting the value of your genetics and your contribution to the product. Additionally, if there is a Vendor Code used during the sale or trade of genetics, and the code is correctly applied, the referrer will receive an additional 10% as part of the Contribution from the ๐Ÿ„ Network payout.

This system ensures proper recognition of the referrer’s role in referring the Patron, and it encourages growth and collaboration within the ๐Ÿ„ Network. However, in the event that there is no referrer involved in the sale, the 10% designated for the referrer will be allocated to the ๐Ÿ„ Network. This reinvestment will be utilized to further the expansion, impact, research, and commitment of the ๐Ÿ„ Network in achieving its goals for the Mycelium Community.

By actively participating as a 3GPA Mycologist Vendor, you contribute to the thriving community of mycology enthusiasts and benefit from the resources and support provided by 3GPA. Together, we can shape the future of mycology and establish a sustainable and mutually beneficial partnership within the ๐Ÿ„ Network.

๐ŸŒ Remote Mycologist Vendor Payout Info:

For each Patron sale generated through the ๐Ÿ„ Network, the profit will be allocated as follows for ๐ŸŒ Remote Mycologist Vendors:

  • Genetic Owner (You): (80% – 90%) of the profit
  • 3GPA Contribution (GGG and PA): 10% of the profit
  • Contribution from the ๐Ÿ„ Network: 10% of the profit

As a ๐ŸŒ Remote Mycologist Vendor, you have the opportunity to receive between 80% and 90% of the profit generated from each sale. The lower number represents the base share allocated to you as the genetic owner, reflecting the value of your genetics and your contribution to the product. However, if a patron uses your Vendor Code during checkout, you will receive an additional 10% as part of the Contribution from the ๐Ÿ„ Network payout.

This means that by actively promoting your genetics and encouraging patrons to use your Vendor Code, you can increase your overall share of the profit. The higher percentage of 90% is achieved when you receive the referral credit, while the lower percentage of 80% represents your base share as the genetic owner. In the event that there is no referrer involved in the sale, the 10% designated for the referrer will be allocated to the ๐Ÿ„ Network. This reinvestment will contribute to the expansion, impact, research, and overall goals of the ๐Ÿ„ Network in support of the Mycelium Community.

By effectively managing your genetics, actively participating in the ๐Ÿ„ Network, and promoting your Vendor Code, you can maximize your earnings and establish yourself as a trusted supplier within the Mycology Community. The flexibility of the ๐ŸŒ Remote Mycologist Vendor role allows you to run your genetic business on your own terms while benefiting from the support and reach of the ๐Ÿ„ Network.

๐Ÿ”ฎ Hybrid Mycologist Vendor Payout Info:

For each Patron sale generated through the ๐Ÿ„ Network, the profit will be allocated as follows for ๐Ÿ”ฎ Hybrid Mycologist Vendors:

  • Genetic Owner (You): (75% – 85%) of the profit
  • 3GPA Contribution (GGG and PA): 15% of the profit
  • Contribution from the ๐Ÿ„ Network: 10% of the profit

As a ๐Ÿ”ฎ Hybrid Mycologist Vendor, you have the potential to receive between 75% and 85% of the profit generated from each sale. The lower percentage amount represents the amount allocated to you as the genetic owner, reflecting the value of your genetics and your contribution to the Genetics you offer to Patrons. Additionally, if a Patron uses your Vendor Code during checkout and you receive the referral credit. You will then receive an additional 10% as part of the Contribution from the ๐Ÿ„ Network payout.

This means that by promoting your genetics and encouraging patrons to use your Vendor Code, you can increase your overall share of the profit. The higher percentage of 85% is achieved when you receive the referral credit, while the lower percentage of 75% represents your base share as the genetic owner. It’s important to note that the additional 10% designated for the referrer will be allocated to the ๐Ÿ„ Network if there is no referrer involved in the sale. This reinvestment will contribute to the expansion, impact, research, and overall goals of the ๐Ÿ„ Network in support of the Mycelium Community.

Please note that specific agreements and negotiations may result in different profit-sharing arrangements, but the principle remains the same in recognizing the contribution from the ๐Ÿ„ Network and reinvesting in its growth and development.

Please note that if a ๐Ÿ”ฎ Hybrid Mycologist Vendor decides to cancel their Mycologist Vendorship, they will need to switch to either becoming a 3GPA Mycologist Vendor (with no setup fee) or as a ๐ŸŒ Remote Mycologist Vendor (pay the $19.99 remote setup and vetting fee). his flexibility enables vendors to adapt their Mycologist Vendorship based on their changing needs and preferences.

TRANSPARENCY AND REPORTING:

At 3GPA, we prioritize transparency and aim to provide regular reports to our Mycologist Vendors, detailing sales, profits, collaborations with other Mycologist Vendors, and any other relevant information pertaining to the genetics sold within the ๐Ÿ„ Network. These reports serve to keep all parties informed and facilitate an open and honest exchange of information.

As a Mycologist Vendor, it is crucial that you maintain accurate records of the genetics you contribute, including their availability, updates, and any changes. This ensures that the information shared within the ๐Ÿ„ Network remains up-to-date and reliable.

To enable effective communication and seamless payout processes, we require Mycologist Vendors to provide certain details. This includes their legal name, a valid email address to which we can send payout information, and a telephone number with text capabilities preferably. These contact details allow us to reach out to vendors promptly regarding any updates, inquiries, or important announcements.

In compliance with IRS regulations, tax laws, and other relevant legal requirements, there may be instances where the payout amount exceeds certain thresholds. In such cases, we may request additional information from the Mycologist Vendor. This information may include a copy of their government-issued and valid ID, birthdate, social security number, or any other documentation necessary to comply with the applicable laws. 3GPA takes the security and protection of personal information seriously, implementing appropriate measures to safeguard it.

By providing the requested information, Mycologist Vendors contribute to the overall transparency and integrity of the ๐Ÿ„ Network, ensuring that all operations are conducted in compliance with legal obligations. We appreciate your cooperation in providing these details and your trust in our commitment to creating a robust, ethical, and inclusive community for Mycologists Worldwide.

CREATING, EDITING & PROMOTING PRODUCTS:

For all Mycologist Vendors, the process of creating, editing, and promoting products within the ๐Ÿ„ Network is an essential aspect of their participation and growth for all. While each type ofย  Mycologist Vendor has the opportunity to contribute their genetics and showcase their offerings, there are some distinct differences in the level of support and resources available.

3GPA Mycologist Vendors have the full advantage of 3GPA’s assistance in creating and maintaining and PROMOTING their genetics product pages and informational content. Working collaboratively with 3GPA, 3GPA Mycologist Vendors can easily customize certain aspects of these pages to align with their desired branding and promotional materials. The expertise and resources provided by 3GPA ensure that product information is accurate, visually appealing, and professionally presented to target potential Patrons. This streamlined process allows 3GPA Mycologist Vendors to focus more on the cultivation and development of their genetics, while the logistics and marketing aspects are handled by the experienced team.

On the other hand, ๐ŸŒ Remote Mycologist Vendors are responsible for submitting their products for review, maintaining their own inventory, shipping genetics, and providing their own branding materials. As a Remote Mycologist Vendor, you have the freedom to manage and control your product listings according to your preferences. However, it is important to be mindful of the additional responsibilities involved. ๐ŸŒ Remote Mycologist Vendors should ensure they have accurate and detailed product information, (high-quality & visually appealing) photos, and compelling descriptions to attract Patrons. They are also responsible for shipping logistics and maintaining minimal inventory levels.

๐Ÿ”ฎ Hybrid Mycologist Vendors have the unique advantage of combining the best features from both 3GPA Mycologist Vendors and ๐ŸŒ Remote Mycologist Vendors within the ๐Ÿ„ Network. As a ๐Ÿ”ฎ Hybrid Mycologist Vendor, you can enjoy the assistance of 3GPA in creating, editing, and promoting your genetics product pages, ensuring accurate and visually appealing content that aligns with your branding. The expertise and resources provided by 3GPA streamline the process and allow you to focus on cultivating and developing your genetics. At the same time, you have the flexibility to keep your inventory on hand and manage your own shipping processes, offering you control over your genetic business. This Hybrid Mycologist Vendorship provides you with the autonomy and convenience of 3GPA’s support, along with the freedom to run your genetic business according to your preferences and procedures. By leveraging both aspects, you can tap into the vast customer base and community of the ๐Ÿ„ Network while maximizing your success in the Mycology Community.

Regardless of the Mycologist Vendor type, it is highly recommended that all Mycologist Vendors utilize the Knowledgebase found in the upper right-hand corner of the Mycologist Vendor Dashboard. The Knowledgebase serves as a valuable resource for all Mycologist Vendors to access information, guidelines, and best practices related to creating, editing, and promoting their products on the ๐Ÿ„ Network. As the ๐Ÿ„ Network Community grows, the Knowledgebase will continue to expand with new insights, tips, and updates. It is essential for all Mycologist Vendors to periodically check their Knowledgebase to stay informed and make the most of the available resources.

PRODUCT REVIEW PROCESS & COLLABORATIVE EFFORT:

At the ๐Ÿ„ Network, ensuring the quality and integrity of the products offered is of utmost importance. To maintain this standard, all products, regardless of the vendor type, undergo a manual review process before they are posted live for the public. However, 3GPA Mycologist Vendors receive priority in the review queue, ensuring a streamlined process for their genetics.

It is crucial to understand that making changes to live product pages can temporarily disrupt the availability of that particular item. Therefore, careful consideration and coordination are necessary when implementing modifications. The ๐Ÿ„ Network, in collaboration with all Mycologist Vendors, identifies specific elements that are required by law to be added to all product pages or modifications that need to be made on the product page, depending on the product category or individual product itself or other circumstances that benefit the ๐Ÿ„ Network. These adjustments are always made with the best interests of the ๐Ÿ„ Network in mind, aiming to create a cohesive and harmonious experience for Patrons and Mycologist Vendors alike.

GENETICS: AVAILABILITY, STORAGE, USE, & LONGEVITY:

For 3GPA Mycology VendorsYou, as the genetic owner retain ownership over your master genetic colonies that you have provided to the ๐Ÿ„ Network. By contributing your genetics to the ๐Ÿ„ Network, 3GPA will actively make them always readily available to Patrons seeking a diverse range of mycelium genetics, as well as to other Mycologist Vendors within the ๐Ÿ„ Network.

The primary purpose of the ๐Ÿ„ Network is to ensure the longevity and preservation of these genetics. When you contribute your genetics, you can trust that they will be legally preserved and, where applicable, legally cultivated in accordance with the standard lab requirements used within the ๐Ÿ„ Network. Our Commitment to adhering to legal guidelines ensures the integrity and legitimacy of all genetics available through our platform. Packaging requirements also remain in effect to maintain consistency and quality across all offerings.

At 3GPA, we hold high expectations for the quality of genetics available in our ๐Ÿ„ Network. We strive to provide only the best genetics, emphasizing rigorous quality control measures. Our goal is to offer a comprehensive selection of genetics while promoting a diverse and inclusive environment that supports small mycologists and keeps big pharma out. By fostering an open and transparent platform, we aim to eliminate gatekeepers and create a welcoming Community for all Mycologists.

The ๐Ÿ„ Network serves as a central hub that brings Mycologists together in a wholesome and friendly environment. We provide a well-designed website that offers a safe and convenient space for Mycologists to showcase, promote, and sell their genetics. We do not discriminate based on the type of mycelium or its perceived benefits or limitations. Instead, we recognize the inherent value of every genetic contribution, as we believe that each one has the potential to hold significant value and contribute to the advancement of mycology.

By utilizing the ๐Ÿ„ Network, we ensure that genetics are cultivated and preserved in accordance with legal requirements. This approach not only allows us to comply with regulations but also enables us to contribute to the exploration and discovery of potential breakthroughs. We recognize that any genetic contribution may hold the key to major advancements or, alternatively, contribute valuable insights in ways we cannot anticipate. In embracing this mindset, we strive to honor the interconnectedness of all genetics and the potential they hold for the betterment of our world.

In the event that the 3GPA Mycologist Vendor & Genetic Owner decides to retrieve their master genetics and any ๐Ÿ„ Network stored inventory, the ๐Ÿ„ Network reserves the right to retain the genetics to continue offering them to the public from colonies created while under the care of 3GPA. However, the Genetic Owner will be notified of this intention and their input will be taken into consideration. If the Genetic Owner does not wish for their genetics to continue being made available to the public through the ๐Ÿ„ Network, reasonable accommodations will be made. However, it is well noted that the primary goal of the ๐Ÿ„ Network is to ensure the longevity and availability of all kinds of genetics.

Additional colonies, isolations, clones, transfers, and other derivatives created within the ๐Ÿ„ Network will remain part of the ๐Ÿ„ Networkโ€™s inventory, while the Genetic Owner retains ownership over their original contributions. ๐Ÿ„ Network Mycologist Vendors may still have the opportunity to acquire these genetics occasionally, and additional compensation for the Genetic Owner may be offered. Any agreements regarding compensation and continued availability of the genetics should be made in writing to ensure clarity and officiality.

๐Ÿ„ Network 3GPA Mycologist Vendors & ๐Ÿ”ฎ Hybrid Mycologist Vendor may occasionally have the opportunity to acquire new genetics from within the 3GPAManaged Genetics List. Additional terms and restrictions may apply and all agreements regarding compensation and continued availability of the genetics are required in writing to ensure transparency, officiality, and accountability.

COLLABORATION WITH OTHER MYCOLOGIST VENDORS:

At 3GPA, we believe in the power of collaboration and fostering a sense of community among Mycologist Vendors. We actively encourage and facilitate collaboration between Mycologist Vendors within the ๐Ÿ„ Network. This collaboration can take various forms, such as sharing knowledge, exchanging genetics, or partnering on joint projects.

By working together, Mycologist Vendors can leverage their strengths, expand their offerings, and collectively contribute to the advancement of mycology. We encourage all Mycologist Vendors to actively engage with one another, share insights, and explore opportunities for collaboration.

3GPA serves as a platform that facilitates these connections and provides the necessary tools and resources for effective collaboration. Through our website and communication channels, Mycologist Vendors can connect, exchange ideas, and work together to create a thriving mycology community.

MYCOLOGIST VENDOR UNIQUE CODE & REFERRAL PROGRAM:

As a Mycologist Vendor, you will be assigned a unique Vendor Code that applies to the entire sale, regardless of whose genetics are purchased. When Patrons make a purchase on the ๐Ÿ„ Network’s website, they can enter this Vendor Code at checkout. The purpose of entering the code is to ensure that you receive credit for the entire sale and the associated profit payout.

By using your Vendor Code, Patrons not only support your genetics but also enable you to earn a commission payout for your genetics specifically. In addition, if the Patron was referred by you and the Patron enters your Vendor Code, you will receive an additional 10% of the entire profit generated from the sale which is normally credited to the person who referred the sale. This means that if you referred the Patron and they purchased your genetics or other genetics from the ๐Ÿ„ Network, you will receive both your commission payout for your genetics and a credit of 10% from the entire sale!

It is essential to educate your Patrons about the significance of entering the Vendor Code during checkout. This ensures that you receive proper credit for the entire sale and the opportunity to earn an additional profit if you referred the Patron. Remind your Patrons to enter your Vendor Code to maximize the benefits for both you and them!

๐Ÿ„ NETWORK SHIPPING STANDARDS:

All shipping of genetics on the ๐Ÿ„ Network must adhere to certain standards to ensure transparency and reliability. It is mandatory for Mycologist Vendors to include tracking information when sending genetics, except for genetics valued under $10.00 (such as spore swabs), where tracking is optional. However, even in these cases, Mycologist Vendors should offer the option of tracking to the receiver and may charge an additional $5 to $10 shipping fee for compensation.

If any issues arise with the received genetics, whether from 3GPA or another Mycologist Vendor, the recipient should promptly notify the๐Ÿ„ Network. It is expected that problems are reported within 48-hours of receiving the genetics by contacting ๐Ÿ„ Network by going to: Green Grass Grove’s Support Center.

3GPA MYCOLOGIST VENDORS:

For Mycologist Vendors within the ๐Ÿ„ Network, 3GPA will cover the costs associated with receiving and shipping the genetics into the care of Project Aurora. Project Aurora comprises expert Mycologists who are also members of the Project Aurora Collective. They play a crucial role in connecting and coordinating with Mycologist Vendors worldwide, enabling the exchange and development of genetics on a global scale., which serves as the designated storage facility within the ๐Ÿ„ Network. This includes expenses related to the safe and secure transportation of genetics from the vendor’s location to the PAC.

In the event that a 3GPA Mycologist Vendor wants their genetics returned (excluding newly created cultures in 3GPA’s care), they are responsible for the cost of shipping. This includes a required signed delivery option. The exact total will be calculated just prior to shipping the genetics back safely. 3GPA Mycologist Vendors understand that return shipping expenses, including signature confirmation, are their sole responsibility and must be paid in full before the return shipment is arranged.

3GPA DROP-SHIPPING SERVICE:

The 3GPA Drop-Shipping Service is exclusively available to 3GPA Mycologist Vendors & ๐Ÿ”ฎ Hybrid Mycologist Vendors (on certain qualifying genetics only). When utilizing this service, 3GPA handles the packaging and shipping of genetics directly to Patrons or other Mycologist Vendors within the ๐Ÿ„ Network. This ensures that the genetics are handled with the utmost care, professionalism, sterility, and transparency.

The cost of shipping and handling for the 3GPA Drop-Shipping Service is deducted from the proceeds of the sale, in accordance with the profit-sharing percentages outlined in the Agreement. This approach allows 3GPA Mycologist Vendors & ๐Ÿ”ฎ Hybrid Mycologist Vendors to concentrate on cultivating and developing their genetics while entrusting the logistics and shipping to the proficient team at 3GPA. The 3GPA Drop-Shipping Service aims to offer convenience and reliability, ensuring that genetics reach their intended recipients in a timely manner. Additionally, due to the substantial volume of shipments, 3GPA benefits from discounted rates from USPS, which are often lower than standard retail rates available at the post office.

๐ŸŒ REMOTE MYCOLOGIST VENDORS:

๐ŸŒ Remote Mycologist Vendors, who handle their own shipping independently of 3GPA, should consider that shipping costs may exceed the compensation received or that they may not receive any shipping compensation for their genetics depending on the circumstances. This is an important factor for ๐ŸŒ Remote Mycologist Vendors to consider when determining their prices for products. It is essential to keep in mind that taking on shipping responsibilities independently is part of the territory of being a ๐ŸŒ Remote Mycologist Vendor, as opposed to relying on 3GPA for shipping services.

COMPENSATION & PAYOUTS SCHEDULING:

Compensation for Mycologist Vendors will become available once the entire order has been shipped and the order is updated to the completed status. Once this condition is met, Mycologist Vendors can request payouts by following the outlined process:

  1. Access the Mycologist Vendor dashboard menu and navigate to the Payouts/Withdraws section.
  2. In the upper right-hand corner, locate the Withdraw button.
  3. Click the Withdraw button to initiate the payout request.
  4. Select the completed order(s) for which you wish to avail your earnings.
  5. Submit the withdrawal request.

Upon submission, the ๐Ÿ„ Network Admin team will receive a notification of the request and begin processing the payments. Please note that due to the volume of requests, it may take up to 5 business days for the payout to be processed. In extremely rare occasions, the processing time may extend up to 2 weeks. We strive to expedite the payout process and ensure timely compensation for our Mycologist Vendors.

3GPA values transparency and aims to establish a fair and efficient partnership with our Mycologist Vendors. By providing a streamlined payout process, we prioritize the financial stability and success of our vendors. Should there be any changes to the payout process, such as payment date or frequency, we will provide at least two weeks’ notice to ensure a smooth transition and maintain open communication with our vendors.

Contributions from the ๐Ÿ„Network Payouts:

Contributions from the ๐Ÿ„Network payouts are scheduled for the 4th Friday of the following month. This means that all Mycologist Vendors who have contributed to the ๐Ÿ„Network will receive their earnings on the 4th Friday of the following month.

The amount of the payout will be calculated based on the total profit of all sales generated by the Patrons you referred to the ๐Ÿ„Network. We will send you an email notification once your payout has been processed.

We appreciate your contribution to the ๐Ÿ„Network and we are committed to providing you with fair and timely compensation.

COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND ETHICAL PRACTICES:

All parties involved in the ๐Ÿ„ Network agree to abide by legal requirements and ethical practices related to mycology, genetics, and the sale and distribution of mycology products.

3GPA and all Mycologist Vendors are committed to maintaining a safe, legal, and responsible approach to mycology.

It is essential to emphasize that ๐Ÿ„ Network is a legitimate platform that operates within legal boundaries. We adhere to all applicable laws and regulations governing mycology, genetics, and the sale and distribution of products. Our commitment to responsible practices ensures the safety and integrity of our ๐Ÿ„ Network.ย  It is worth noting that our network encompasses various species of mushrooms, beyond those with medicinal, gourmet, or even psychedelic properties. We prioritize the availability of gourmet, medicinal, bio-luminescent, and psychedelic mushroom types, along with other species that may not have known benefits other than their aesthetic appeal. Our goal is to create a diverse and inclusive ๐Ÿ„ Network that caters to a wide range of interests within the Mycology Community and Beyond!

NETWORK COMMON PRACTICES & EXPECTATIONS:

At the ๐Ÿ„ Network, we hold ourselves to high ethical standards and strive to create a community that is built on trust, integrity, and positive interactions. In line with our commitment to ethical practices, we include the following guidelines in this Agreement:

  1. ALL ๐Ÿ„ Network Packages are Sent with Love & Free Gifts:

    • We believe in spreading joy and gratitude to our valued Patrons. Therefore, all packages sent through the ๐Ÿ„ Network will be handled with care and accompanied by a free gift. This small token of appreciation is meant to enhance the overall experience for the Patrons.

    • Additionally, we kindly request that all Mycologist Vendors occasionally contribute to this gift swag by periodically providing items such as ๐Ÿ„ stickers/slaps, mycelium-related gifts, mystery or random spore swabs, and other thoughtful additions relating to ๐Ÿ„. This collaborative effort creates a sense of unity within the ๐Ÿ„ Network and delights the Patrons.

  2. Satisfaction Guarantee and Issue Resolution:

    • Our primary goal is to ensure the satisfaction of our Patrons. In the event that a Patron is dissatisfied with their purchase, we expect all Mycologist Vendors to make every reasonable effort to address and resolve the issue promptly if it involves their specific genetics. This may include resending genetics/orders, offering discounts, or providing store credits for future orders.

    • We value our reputation as a trusted ๐Ÿ„ Network and strive to maintain positive relationships with our Patrons as well as our Mycologist Vendors. By promptly addressing and rectifying any concerns, We demonstrate Our commitment to exceptional Patron Service and ensure a positive experience for all involved.

    • Refunds, however, should be considered as an absolute last resort and handled on a case-by-case basis. Refunds require manual adjustments to the profit-sharing compensation used in ๐Ÿ„ Network, which can be a complex process for 3GPA. Therefore, it is preferable to offer store credit as a resolution or even consider doubling the store credit value before considering a refund. It is important to note that certain payment processors, such as PayPal, have very specific policies, and we aim to maintain a positive working relationship with them as they ultimately help many Patrons access genetics easily for their personal situation. In situations where a refund is necessary and the Patron requests it, we will accommodate their request to avoid any negative impact on our relationship with the payment processor. However, in cases where a refund is provided, the decision for the Patron to be removed from accessingย ๐Ÿ„ Network and/or making future purchases, should strongly be considered and some kind of preventative action should be taken as they jeopardized the entire ๐Ÿ„ Network from being able to continue using PayPal as one of our Payment Processors to make it easier for our Patrons.

    • We appreciate the understanding and cooperation of all Patrons and all Mycologist Vendors in ensuring that any issues are addressed promptly and resolved to the best of our ability.

  3. No Tolerance for Scammers or Disruptive Behavior or Gatekeepers:

  4. Proper Credit and Accurate Information:

    • As an integral part of the Mycology Community, Mycologist Vendors are expected to uphold honesty and integrity. It is crucial to provide accurate and detailed information about the genetics they offer. We value accuracy and transparency in our network to ensure that Patrons have access to the best genetics available.ย  We give credit to those who have contributed the genetics and respect their preferences on how the genetics are presented to Patrons.

    • Honesty and accuracy are highly valued within our network. Mycologist Vendors are expected to provide precise and reliable information about their genetics. We have a rigorous verification process in place to ensure that only the highest quality genetics are offered to our Patrons.

    • In the spirit of transparency, we credit and acknowledge the genetic contributors for their respective genetics, giving them due recognition for their valuable contributions. Mycologist Vendors have the option to choose how their genetics are presented to Patrons, ensuring their preferences are respected.

  5. Embracing Diversity in Mushroom Species

    • At ๐Ÿ„ Network, we firmly believe in celebrating and embracing the rich diversity of mushroom species. We understand that mushrooms come in a wide variety of categories, each with its unique characteristics and potential benefits. We are committed to fostering an inclusive platform that supports the cultivation and exploration of various mushroom species, regardless of their category or perceived benefits.

    • Inclusive Genetic Sharing: We encourage Mycologist Vendors within our network to share the genetics of diverse mushroom species, including gourmet, medicinal, bio-luminescent, psychedelic, and other non-typical varieties. This ensures that Patrons and fellow ๐Ÿ„ Network Mycologist Vendors have access to a broad range of genetic resources to expand their research and cultivation endeavors.

    • Research and Advancement: By embracing the diversity of mushroom species, we actively contribute to the advancement of Mycology as a Science. We believe that every species has something unique to offer, whether it be medicinal properties, nutritional value, ecological benefits, or simply aesthetic appeal. Our platform serves as a hub for sharing knowledge, experiences, and resources related to various mushroom species, enabling the exchange of ideas and fostering innovation.

    • Cultivation Possibilities: We recognize that every mushroom species has its own growth requirements, cultivation techniques, and potential uses. Our ๐Ÿ„ Network supports the exploration and cultivation of diverse species, even those that may not have known benefits beyond their aesthetic appeal. This encourages Mycologist Vendors and Patrons to experiment and discover new applications, expanding the possibilities within the field of Mycology.

    • Accessible Availability: We strive to make a wide range of mushroom species accessible to our Patrons and Mycologist Vendors. Through ๐Ÿ„ Network, we facilitate the availability of genetics, ensuring that even rare or less common species can be obtained and shared. 6. Safe Sterile Techniques:

    • ๐Ÿ„ Network prioritizes the use of safe and sterile techniques to maintain the integrity of the genetics and ensure the highest quality products. We expect all Mycologist Vendors to adhere to these practices when working with genetics within the ๐Ÿ„ Network.

    • It is mandatory for Mycologist Vendors to utilize a Laminar Flow-Hood or, at the very least, a Still Air Box when handling and processing genetics for ๐Ÿ„ Network. These controlled environments help minimize the risk of contamination and maintain a sterile workspace. By employing these techniques, we ensure the production of clean and viable genetics for the benefit of the entire network.

    • Mycologist Vendors are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sterility of their workspaces, tools, PPE, and equipment to prevent cross-contamination and maintain the highest standards of quality and safety.

    • In the event of repeated reports of dissatisfaction from Patrons or other Mycologist Vendors regarding the quality or reliability of genetics, 3GPA reserves the right to remove the concerned Mycologist Vendorsโ€™ genetics from the program. While the Mycologist Vendor will still be eligible to earn from referrals, their genetics will no longer be publicly available to all Patrons within the ๐Ÿ„ Network, or at least until they can demonstrate that quality control has significantly improved. This measure ensures that the Community as a whole maintains its commitment to quality control and upholds the highest standards of genetics offered within the ๐Ÿ„ Network.

    • Maintaining quality control is of paramount importance to the integrity and reputation of our ๐Ÿ„ Network. By prioritizing safe sterile techniques and holding Mycologist Vendors accountable for the quality of their genetics, we foster an environment of trust and confidence among Patrons and fellow Mycologist Vendors.

    • We are dedicated to the continuous improvement and advancement of mycology, and adherence to safe sterile techniques is a fundamental pillar of our network.
